Upcoming inspection
TOHOP ensures that the incoming inspection process follows precise work instruction documents. Each batch of incoming materials is traced through barcodes, and all inspection results are recorded, archived, and tested to manage material trends and prevent material quality problems.
Document management
The document management system is based on ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, covering the whole process from raw materials to production and shipment. The system will automatically analyze the data and all documents and forms are stored electronically for easy access.
Automation equipments
Use a graphical and easy-to-operate control panel throughout the production process. The control panel will display the production status in real time and automatically monitor and warn of any possible situation, and switch between different types of settings depending on the status.
Quality traceability
Reports analyze daily production data. Process capability to control important quality characteristics. Track raw material usage and change point information during production.
